Try to use English language for UI from now

From now on, I'm trying to change myself to use English for all the UI of my everyday life, including hotmail/gmail etc. Just for the convenience of being read from various kinds of clients, no need to worry about encoding issues.

Working on remote desktop is such a pain

The network speed is so slow and it's quite interruptive, I feel very hard to concentrate on doing jobs. Hope it could be solved soon.
